We do not accept devices that are broken or damaged.If your phone or tablet has other faults, you will be given a trade-in quote based on your device’s condition.
Your trade-in credit will be provided by the agreed eGift Card or other payment method after the device has been assessed abd both parties have agreed to the Trade-In amount. eGift Cards will be provided via email or SMS, other agreed payment methods will be settled in the agreed manner. All settlement will be followed up by seperate emails notifying that transaction has been completed.
The price offered is valid for up to 30 days from the date of the original submission through tradenow.com.au as long as all conditions are met in relation to statements made about the devices condition and attributes.
We will offer you a revised price dependig on what the issue is, if you do not accept the revised price then we can send the device back free of charge.
For a working device not classified as "New", we do not need any boxes, manual or accessories. We only need the device and relevant accessories. To meet the ‘New’ Criteria we do require the complete box and manual. You can find out the ‘New’ criteria when selecting the condition.

If you have a newly released device we may have not added your device to our website yet, feel free to send us an email and we can look to add it. Also if you device is not newly released but doesn't appear, please send us an email and we will discuss with you the best possible existing selection or alternative arrangement.
No, we do not purchase stolen goods or counterfeit good. We check all devices through relevant sources before confirming or revising any offers. If we discover devices are stolen or counterfeit we will refer to the Police.
If a device is dropped off it will still need to go through the assessment process which takes 2 Business Days. We do not offer on the spot Trade-Ins?
An adjustment may be required due to, for example, the Product’s cosmetic condition deviating from that which you have declared, a component malfunction, or other similar defects. If the their is an adjustment you will receive an adjusted offer with the reason for the adjustment. You can accept the adjusted offer and payment will be organisd of if you do not accept the offer,upon your request, we will send your device back to you.
Once the Trade is completed we hold the device under quarantine in line with local regulatory requirements. Information regarding the device and previous owner is registered with each of the regulatory bodies which they utilise to identify stolen goods. After the quarantine period the device is repurposed and sold.
After we have held the device for the regulated quarantine period we wipe all information of the device utilising the latest data erasure systems.
